Awards Workgroup

Purpose
To prepare a slate of qualified nominees for Society awards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Prepare a slate of qualified nominees for Board approval

Composition
Composed of a Chair and at least six (6) members.

Qualifications
Members shall have at least 3 years prior volunteer experience. The Chair shall be the senior member of the Committee. 

Terms
Members shall serve successive terms until they reach the senior position, at which time they will serve as Chair. The Chair shall serve for one (1) year.

Restrictions
Current members of the Awards Workgroup are not eligible for nomination for any awards. 

Time Commitment
3-5 hours per year.
