Finance Committee

Purpose
To develop, implement, and oversee the annual budget and financial policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and propose the annual budget to the Board.
• Oversee the annual budget.
• Develop and propose financial policies to the Board.
• Oversee annual audit or review and 990 (tax) filing.
• Oversee the publishing contract for the Journal.

3. President-Elect
4. Vice President

Terms
Chair and members serve during their time in Office.

Time Commitment
5-10 hours per year.
